In 1616, Koreans introduced pottery craftsmanship to the town "Arita" on the island of Kyushu in southern Japan. 1616 / arita Japan is an emerging design brand in the Arita area, focusing on practicality and beauty, creating an Arita ware brand that everyone can easily own ─ 1616 / arita Japan. 
The handiwork of Arita-yaki craftsmanship is designed by designer Teruhiro Yanagihara. Chrysanthemum Plate is made by selecting high-density pottery clay and high-temperature biscuit firing. After careful polishing, it is delicate and smooth with a frosted texture.
